Role Summary: | As a QA Manager, you will lead and manage QA POS resources, define and enhance organizational quality assurance standards, and provide guidance on GK procedures, testing, and quality practices across the GK product suite. You will be responsible for establishing best practices, creating and enforcing standards, and ensuring adherence across the team. By managing team performance, you will help deliver the highest-quality software to customers. You will develop testing strategies that balance quality with cost efficiency, leveraging a deep understanding of GK technologies and processes. You will stay current on retail industry trends and the latest QA techniques and technologies. You are passionate about quality software, committed to implementing and enforcing best-practice QA methodologies, and dedicated to fostering team growth, well-being, and work-life balance. This position is on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina, at GK Americas headquarters. |
