Location: Brackmills, Northampton, UK

Work Arrangement: hybrid, some office days as required

Tasks

The Job:

As the Business Care Partner, your aim will be to deliver industry leading service whilst building excellent working relationships with our customers. You’ll get to:

  • Respond to communication from both internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage orders and process credits on time and accurately
  • Consult with Distribution Centers and Carriers to resolve issues
  • Use product and process knowledge (which will be taught) to resolve relevant issues
  • Continuously working to improve levels of service tailored to individual customers
  • Download weekly orders and manipulate fulfilled orders via MS Excel
  • Work with customer portals to manage query resolution

Requirements

The Person:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in customer service role.

  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic, growing organization.
