What We're Looking For:
Project Managers plan and execute projects for the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the defined goals.Project Managers plan and execute projects for the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the defined goals. They contribute by leading project teams, managing resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and serving as the central point of communication between the team and stakeholders, ultimately ensuring the project’s success and its alignment with broader organizational objectives.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
• Manage projects of moderate scope. Works with more senior PM to develop and manage Project Plans for small, cross-functional projects
• May work on several projects of small to moderate scope simultaneously
• Drives the coordination and tracking deliverables for each of the core project team members. Addresses obstacles or issues that are minor in nature and escalates complex issues or risks to senior team members for assistance
• Defines project scope and reviews with core team for alignment. Develops risk management plans
• Checks and documents progress regularly against the plan and makes adjustments to optimize execution
• Provides regular status updates to internal stakeholders, the core project team, and PM leadership
• Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of PMI PMBOK and basic Project Management techniques and approaches
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-5 years experience

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.Job Posting Statement:
