Registered Behavior Technician
Job Summary:
New Patterns ABA FL, a leading provider of in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while gaining hands-on experience in the field of ABA.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies
Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
What We’re Looking For:
Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach
Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks accurately
Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
