You will play a critical role by analyzing requirements and guidelines to ensure successful on boarding of new business to Mutual of Omaha. You will make an impact through accurate and timely key deliverables, maximizing customer satisfaction and getting it right the first time.

- Implementation Analyst II $21.64 - $26.44, plus annual bonus
- Implementation Analyst III $23.25-28.88, plus annual bonus

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Plan Load (AGL): Set up new customer benefit provisions in the Compass billing system. Review and resolve AGL error reports, enter product add-on coverage details, and collaborate with Implementation and QA teams to address issues and improve system performance.
- Benefit Load (ABR): Configure benefit provisions in the FINEOS claims system. Analyze and resolve ABR error reports, ensure accurate setup of add-on coverages, and partner with Implementation and QA to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Enrollment: Manage pre- and post-enrollment processes, including preparing census files, payroll deduction files, and open item reports. Upload enrollment data to billing systems, generate initial billing statements, and ensure accuracy of policy documents for claims processing. Investigate and resolve issues while meeting production, quality, and service standards. Support process improvements and provide guidance to team members as needed.
- General Responsibilities: Manage inventory for assigned Group Offices, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, build strong cross-functional relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proficient in Excel with experience using VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, average/sum, etc.
- Proficient in Outlook with the ability to manage multiple inboxes
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated success in establishing priorities and managing multiple assignments concurrently
