In this role, you’ll help manage customer deductions, pricing discrepancies, and promotional claims while working closely with our sales team, brokers, customers, marketing, finance, and logistics teams. • Maintain strong communication across finance, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer teams
  • Support the Trade Promotion Manager with additional projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in administrative, finance, customer service, or claims-related roles preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to communicate professionally with both internal teams and external partners
  • Someone who can multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • 1–3 years of related experience preferred
