What You�ll Do:

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair operations
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• Supervise and train maintenance staff and vendors
• Manage maintenance budget and inventory
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on rotation
• Pool maintenance experience a plus

What We�re Looking For:

• 1�5 years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• EPA certification required
