Job Description

Achieve ABA Therapy Group provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism throughout Colorado. Our mission is to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based therapy.

We are expanding quickly and are seeking a Part-Time Healthcare Outreach Coordinator (10 hours per week) to help build relationships with hospitals, pediatricians, psychologists, schools, and care coordinators who work with children diagnosed with autism.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, and community outreach in healthcare.


Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with hospitals, pediatricians, diagnostic psychologists, schools, and care coordinators

  • Introduce providers to our ABA services and referral process

  • Visit medical offices and community organizations

  • Organize lunch-and-learn presentations

  • Maintain a database of referral partners

  • Track outreach efforts and referral partnerships

  • Represent Achieve ABA Therapy Group at community events

  • Help grow the company’s referral network across Colorado


Requirements:

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Behavioral Health or ABA

  • Healthcare Outreach

  • Medical Provider Relations

  • Healthcare Marketing

  • Community Outreach


Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable visiting offices and introducing services

  • Self-motivated and organized

  • Passion for helping families access autism services


Compensation & Benefits

Experience working with pediatric offices, behavioral health providers, and/or autism services is a strong plus.
