About the Role
Join our locally owned Subway team and be the face of great food and friendly service. As a Sandwich Artist, you'll prepare fresh food, serve customers with a smile, and keep the restaurant clean and running smoothly. No experience necessary — we'll train you!
What You'll Do
-Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
-Prepare food to Subway standards — fresh, fast, and accurate
-Handle cash and operate the POS system
-Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, prep area, and equipment
-Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Work as part of a team to hit daily goals
What We're Looking For
-Friendly, reliable, and punctual
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
-Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
-Applicants under 16 must provide a valid Wisconsin work permit prior to their first day, as required by state law
-All minor employees are scheduled in full compliance with Wisconsin and federal laws, including but not limited to restrictions on hours and duties
