Benefits Manager (Total Rewards & Leave Programs)

Location: Remote -  Salary 100K - 120K

At Nuclear Care Partners, we support a mission that matters—caring for former Department of Energy workers. We’re looking for a Benefits Manager to lead and optimize our Total Rewards programs, ensuring a strong employee experience while maintaining compliance.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage health, welfare, and 401(k) programs
  • Lead Open Enrollment and vendor partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA
  • Oversee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp)
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Payroll on complex cases
  • Track and analyze benefits and leave data
  • Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in Benefits / Total Rewards
  • Strong knowledge of 401(k), FMLA, and compliance regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
