Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth, London or Stockport Office. 35 hours per week.

- Lead end to end hiring across a broad portfolio of roles, bringing a strategic, high-quality approach from brief to offer
- Champion a candidate experience that is thoughtful, inclusive, well-paced, and reflective of the Vitality brand at every stage
- Use market insight, data, and judgement to influence decisions, manage expectations, and help leaders secure the best talent in competitive markets
- Build strong relationships across our globally based People teams and business leadership, to deliver a connected and commercially aware recruitment service
- Proactively source and engage diverse talent, using creative search techniques and long-term pipeline thinking for harder to fill and business-critical roles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working so that we keep raising the bar on quality, efficiency and experience
What do you need to thrive?
- Credibility and presence, you can build confidence quickly with mid to senior stakeholders and are comfortable influencing at pace
- Commercial and strategic thinking, you understand how hiring supports business performance and can align recruitment activity to broader priorities
- Strong end to end Talent Acquisition expertise, you bring experience managing varied roles and delivering quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment
- The confidence to challenge constructively, you know how to ask the right questions, shape thinking, and keep standards high
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you connect well with people, communicate with clarity, and create trust through your approach
- A passion for exceptional experience, you care deeply about delivering a recruitment journey that works for candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues alike
- Alignment with the Vitality purpose and values, you bring energy, curiosity, and a people first mindset to the way you work and partner with others
- Confidence in using and exploring AI, emerging technology and trends to evolve our insights, sourcing strategy, and recruitment best practice; for better hiring outcomes and an exceptional personalised candidate experience
