Key Responsibilities

  • Support field operations and project management with both technical and administrative tasks.

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate and track project schedules, subcontractor timelines, and critical path milestones.

  • Monitor budgets, assist with forecasting, and track cost-to-complete reports.

  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence.

  • Assist with field inspections, punch lists, and documentation of project progress.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports, logs, and meeting minutes.

  • Provide support during pre-construction planning and closeout processes.

  • Serve as a communication hub between field teams, vendors, designers, and management.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, engineering, or related fieldwork.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and construction documents.

  • Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Experience with project management software (ProCore) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

  • No formal degree required—real-world experience and drive matter most.
