THE OPPORUNITY
The Sales Development Executive is a proactive, sales-focused team member responsible for driving booking growth, advisor activation, and brand loyalty across TTC Tour Brands’ trade network. This role engages directly with new, whitespace, and underperforming travel advisors—with a focus on turning prospects into producers and producers into loyal brand advocates.
Operating primarily via phone, email, and video conferencing, the Sales Development Executive works in close alignment with field sales and national account teams to deliver personalized engagement and conversion-oriented outreach that accelerates revenue, passenger volume, and agent productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Generation & Partner Conversion
- Proactively engage a defined list of new, inactive, and underdeveloped agencies with the goal of converting them into regular bookers.
- Identify partner potential, understand barriers to booking, and develop tailored sales strategies to activate each account.
- Confidently present TTC Tour Brands’ unique value propositions, promotions, and products in a compelling, commercially relevant way.
Advisor Development & Loyalty Building
- Onboard new travel advisors and build strong initial momentum through targeted outreach, tool education, and early booking wins.
- Drive ongoing engagement with active accounts through consistent follow-up, sales support, and brand-aligned communication.
- Cultivate long-term loyalty by becoming a trusted sales partner who consistently delivers value and growth.
Campaign Execution & Tactical Sales
- Support trade and brand campaigns by executing targeted outreach cadences that turn marketing momentum into bookings.
- Prioritize follow-up with high-intent leads from digital campaigns, webinars, CRM journeys, and field sales referrals.
Collaboration & Commercial Alignment
- Partner with field sales, national accounts, and marketing teams to align outreach strategies, share feedback, and identify joint opportunities.
- Share market intel and advisor feedback to inform broader sales strategy and commercial decision-making.
Hunter Mindset & Account Development
- Actively identify, engage, and convert new-to-TTC advisors within partner networks, with a goal of increasing agent activation and market penetration.
- Build partner relationships and influence partner strategy to prioritize TTC Tour Brands with emerging accounts across the country.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2+ years in sales or business development; travel trade or B2B2C preferred
- Proven success in outbound selling, relationship development, and achieving performance targets
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills; comfortable influencing over phone and video
- Understanding of advisor business models and how to support revenue-generating behavior
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and sales enablement platforms
- Comfortable managing digital communications and working with reporting tools

ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA
- Increased bookings and passenger volume from assigned accounts.
- Agent productivity uplift and increased share of wallet across brands.
- Growth in number of activated and repeat-booking partners.
- Advisor loyalty and engagement measured via campaign participation, platform usage, and repeat sales behavior.
TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Work Location: Fully Remote in the U.S.
- Travel: Up to 30-40%
Salary Expectations:
- $70,304 - $72,000 plus performance-based incentives
