    POSITION:                    Portuguese Interpreter/Translator
    LOCATION:                   District Wide
    WORK YEAR:               2025-2026 School Year - 180 days
    STARTING:                   ASAP
    SALARY:                       $25 per hour

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Applicants should hold an Associate’s degree and be fluent in Portuguese. 
    Completed or currently enrolled in one of the interpreter training courses below or equivalent  
    SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The educational interpreter/translator has a primarily responsible for facilitating communication among students and parents who speak a language other than English. The educational interpreter provides interpreting and as well as additional support services to students and parents who need assistance with the English language. Applicant will be proficient in written translation.
