The head cook’s role encompasses meal preparation, enforcing sanitary practices, managing food temperatures, adhering to recipes, and knowledge of special diets

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

     ·       Abiilty to multi-task 

·       Understanding of diets (IE. puree, mechanical soft, nectar, honey, etc.)

·       Knowledge of proper food temps

·       Knowledge of proper food prep sanitation/environment

·       Ability to read, write and speak English

·       Reliable transportation
