The Opportunity

We're seeking a hands-on HSE Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at our St. George, UT facility during a critical ramp-up phase. You'll oversee compliance, lead investigations, drive continuous improvement, and shape a visible, proactive safety culture across the site.

What You'll Do

  • Lead site safety and environmental programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate training, audits, and safety campaigns to promote awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze HSE metrics to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 9 plus years HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead investigations, risk assessments, and build safety culture.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Professional certifications (ASP, CHST, CSP, OSHA 30) are a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Retirement plan with company contributions
  • Employer-paid life and short-term disability insurance
  • Generous paid time off and growth opportunities

Why Join Us?

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape a safety-first culture during a major operational ramp-up. If you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing and want to make a lasting impact, RS offers the platform, support, and tools to succeed.
