Job Summary: The Assistant Manager of Employment Services will manage the day-to-day operations and staff of the employment services team in accordance with the company mission.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Wage: $23.00 to $25.00 hourly rate based upon experience

  1. Program Support: Support Employment Services to meet the demanding and ever-changing needs of the individuals� seeking supports.
  2. Service Delivery: Provide and oversee a culture of person-centered services that support individuals to achieve their employment goals.
  3. Personnel Management: Supervise staff by clearly identifying roles and responsibilities, enhancing skills, and promoting teamwork.
  4. Financial Management: Understand all sources of revenue and proper means of collection.

What you will bring to Opportunity Partners:

  • Bachelor�s degree in a social service, human services or equivalent
  • One year Employment Services related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required. We will train on how to be a supervisor.
