Millstone Medical Outsourcing is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join its Quality Team as a Document Control & NONC Team Lead on first shift.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks based on priorities set by the Quality Supervisor
  • Ensure operators follow all required duties in accordance with Millstone SCPs and DWIs
  • Plan and direct daily activities for Document Control and NONC operations to meet Millstone and customer requirements
  • Recommend and implement updates to DWIs
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in training new operators
  • Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Verify products against specifications
  • Ensure adherence to labeling, packaging, and process-specific requirements

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction
  • Ability to train and mentor other employees
  • High attention to detail
  • Mid-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and similar programs
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Advanced inventory control knowledge (FIFO)
  • Advanced blueprint interpretation skills
