Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Consultant to provide advanced technical support, lead medium-sized IT projects, and serve as a reliable resource for junior team members and customers. This hands-on, customer-focused role involves working across multiple office locations in Spokane, ensuring that IT systems run efficiently and users receive timely, effective support.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for Windows systems, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and basic networking.
  • Lead and coordinate small IT projects such as device rollouts, software upgrades, or office technology setups.
  • Assist with system administration tasks, including user account management in Active Directory.
  • Support and mentor junior IT team members, sharing best practices and assisting with escalated issues.
  • Assist with the configuration and support of camera and access control systems.
  • Document technical procedures, system configurations, and asset inventory.
  • Respond to and resolve service tickets professionally and promptly.
  • Travel between local office locations within Spokane as needed.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours and on weekends.
  • Within the context of the stated principles job duties, serve as an ambassador of SNAP’s mission and values
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times as well as help to grow the customer service culture within the agency
  • Completes assigned projects and performs related duties as needed or situation dictates.
