Our success starts with our people. We believe in creating an environment where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.

At Knight Automotive Group, we live by our Core Values: being accountable and taking great care of each other, always doing the right thing, focusing on our guests with empathy and helpfulness, staying respectful, genuine, and fun (“the sun, not the salt”), and never being satisfied — always striving for improvement and excellence. Together, we’re building a culture that wins through teamwork, continuous growth, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing on-site maintenance and light repair work at customer locations. • Operate fully equipped mobile service vehicle, ensuring tools, parts, and supplies are organized and ready for each job.

  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain services performed and recommendations.

  • Coordinate job details and scheduling with the Remote Experiences Coordinator and Service Advisors.

  • Ensure all repair documentation and parts usage are accurately recorded in the dealership management system.

  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures during mobile operations.

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the service vehicle and equipment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Knight Automotive Group with integrity and professionalism.

  • Uphold Knight Automotive Group’s Core Values — accountability, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement — in all work performed.
