We are currently seeking a confident, highly organized Marketing Specialist that will ensure flawless execution for our marketing projects and campaigns.

We work in a fast-paced market that requires quick turnarounds. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, creative and driven by a genuine desire to see his/her team succeed in achieving their full potential.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead the development of marketing campaigns promoting various product lines from a strategic, media and creative standpoint
• Manage and be accountable for the production of marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences
o Contribute to the marketing strategy including tactical mix, channel mix and messaging strategy 
o Build communication plans, creative briefs and workback schedules
o Contribute to resource allocation
o Organize and lead kick-off meetings
o Review creative assets to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
o Coordinate internal and external approvals, as well as implementation steps
o Communicate with project stakeholders to inform them of progress, challenges, blockers and re-evaluate deadlines when necessary
o Deliver final assets on time and as per brief
o Monitor and analyze the performance of each promotional campaign
• Ensure the continuity and cohesion between the various marketing campaigns across product lines
• Manage multiple priorities while aligning deliverables with business needs and departmental objectives
• Collaborate efficiently and communicate on a regular basis with multiple internal and external partners to ensure alignment and proper prioritization (e.g. Creative, Copywriting, Consumer Growth and Engagement, Email marketing, E-commerce, Revenue Management, Sales, etc.)
• Support sales-specific initiatives requiring additional support (e.g. global material for product launches, trade events, partnerships, etc.) 
• Ensure brand guidelines are respected throughout all touchpoints
• Liaise with Air Canada for cross-promotional opportunities 
• Collaborate with Air Canada’s legal team to obtain clearance and approvals prior to each campaign launch 
• Perform a consulting role, propose solutions, and provide the necessary support to the Manager, Marketing to carry out several marketing and communications projects
• Contribute to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay informed about industry activity and trends

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• University degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant marketing experience
• Experience working in an advertising agency an asset
• Experience in the travel industry an asset
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills (English and French)
• Resourceful and able to manage priorities and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Experience working with Jira project management system an asset
