Position Purpose:
Join our team as a Sales Manager at Flight Club and take the helm in driving our revenue growth and expansion to new heights. Your primary focus will involve medium-to-large accounts, where you'll build connections and enhance revenue through inbound, repeat, and proactive strategies.
As a Sales Manager, you embody the essence of entertainment and hospitality, with well-established relationships among DMCs, local businesses, event planners, and corporate decision-makers. Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Manage large inbound leads with covers of 26+ and convert at a high percentage
- Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate decision-makers, and local businesses
- Leverage existing client relationships to obtain referrals and recommendations, expanding our client base through word-of-mouth and trusted connections
- Organize and host monthly open houses tailored for decision-makers, providing them with an immersive experience
- Oversee all details of contracted sales, including food/beverage, special requests, final guest counts, and payments.
- Conduct timely follow-up after each event to gather feedback and secure referrals and future bookings.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track leads and monitor sales performance.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and competition
