Job Title: Project Engineer, Skilled中级项目工程师 

• In this position, the individual would be responsible for developing and detailing processes to produce machined components and assemblies. Also need to ensure project operation and implementation.

Performance Expectations  

• Specify special tools and fixtures where required 

• Estimate cycle times and cost for each operation in the process 

• Determine whether sub-contracted processes are to occur i.e., heat treating, plating, grinding 

• Set production targets/goals 

• Assist in the preparation of quotations 

• Maintain control of customer drawings and revisions 

• Ensure that the process is capable of producing parts to specifications 

•  Modify and optimize the process and update all relevant documentation when required 

•  Coordinate the materials, help to equipment selection 

• 识别特殊刀具和夹具的需求 

• 为每道工序测算加工节拍和成本 

• 确定是否需要外包部分加工内容，如热处理、电镀、磨削等 

• 设定生产目标 

• 协助销售完成报价准备工作 

• 维护管控客户图纸及版本的更新 

• 确保生产工艺能满足生产零件的规格 

• 修改或优化工艺流程，及时更新相关文件 

• 协调原材料，帮助设备选型 

Credentials  

• University/College education in engineering or manufacturing or equivalence 

• Project Management and materials knowledge is required 

• 工程或制造类及其他相关专业，大学或大专以上学历 

• 具备项目管理，材料基础知识 

Desired Characteristics 

• Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement 

• Three to five years’ experience in a machining or manufacturing environment. 

• Project Management working experience is required 

• Some familiarity and proficiency with personal computers 

• Able to communicate requirements clearly in written and drawing formats 

• Ability to work independently in a program to coordinate activities with others and with company personnel beyond boundaries. 

• Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources according to the order of importance. 

• Good Communication 

• Cost Saving concept is plus 

• Those who have been trained in APQP、SPC、FMEA、MSA、PPAP and 6 Sigma Yellow Belt  are preferred 

• 具备满足、实现、支持客户产品要求并实现运行体系及特殊要求的技能知识 

• 3到5年制造或机械行业工作经验 

• 项目管理经验 

• 精通电脑操作和应用 

• 熟练掌握工程绘图软件 

• 独立完成项目，能协调分配本部门、跨部门员工完成工作 

• 按轻重缓急分配和完成任务 

• 良好的沟通能力 

• 有成本控制理念 

• 接受过APQP、SPC、FMEA、MSA、PPAP五大工具以及6 Sigma黄带培训者优先
