WCTractor is seeking a Parts Salesperson to join our team in Lufkin. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct parts to keep equipment running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting both our service department and retail customers.

 

Responsibilities

  Assist walk-in and phone customers in identifying and purchasing parts

  Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts support

  
  


• 
  

  Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and computer systems

  
  


• 
  

  Process parts orders, invoices, and returns accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts

  
  


• 
  

  Receive and stock incoming parts shipments

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the parts counter and warehouse organized and clean

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all company procedures related to inventory control and safety
