The Associate, App Development and Integrations (Customisation) Services supports the creation of
customised ERP solutions based on customer business needs. The role works under close supervision and
follows established procedures to complete day to day development and configuration tasks. The Associate
gathers information, performs basic analysis and assists in translating functional requirements into technical
outputs. The role makes minor pre approved changes to systems or processes and communicates with
internal and external contacts to support delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyses customer business processes and functional requirements.
- Designs and develops customised ERP modules, integrations and extensions.
- Very strong knowledge of FO/FO2.
- First Experience with Java, version control systems and automatic testing systems.
- Translates complex functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Defines configuration and customisation approaches within established frameworks.
- Validates technical solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understands technical practices, solutions and procedures
- Recommends modifications to processes, systems or tools to enhance performance.
- Solves difficult technical issues using experience and structured analysis.
- Prepares accurate technical documentation to support implementation.d.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong experience in ERP customisation, application development or system integrations.
- Well developed knowledge of ERP modules, business workflows and technical frameworks.
- Ability to manage complex assignments independently.

- Relevant education in software development, information systems or related fields.
