We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join the Civil Constructors team. Our team assist in the building, maintenance, and repair of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, and other public works. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, outdoor environments, and contributing to essential community projects.

Key Responsibilities: Specific Responsibilities based on job assignments

• Show up to the assigned jobsite on time daily
• Possess a professional attitude and have a willingness to listen
• Be team focused working for the whole company
• Be able to show up ready for work – proper attire and safety equipment
• Be willing to put effort into getting the job done.
• Be safety minded and aware

Qualifications:

• No formal education required, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Work Conditions:

• Outdoor work environment with exposure to weather and construction noise.
• Schedule generally in the early morning with Saturday work likely, overtime expected during peak season.
• Use of heavy machinery and tools.
