We are seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join our Time Series Data Operations team as an intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial data operations, where you will support the production, validation, and delivery of high-quality data across fixed income, derivatives, exchange-traded products, and equity analytics.
Working alongside experienced professionals in a globally distributed team, you will gain exposure to MSCI’s data production processes, learn about financial markets, and develop practical skills in data analysis, quality assurance, and AI-assisted workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational knowledge in financial services while contributing meaningfully to real-world projects.
We value diverse perspectives and encourage students from all academic backgrounds to apply.

- Learn to use financial market data tools such as Bloomberg, LSEG (Refinitiv), and ICE.
- Explore AI-assisted tools for documentation, triage, and code generation as part of the team’s innovation initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of fixed income instruments, derivatives, and equity analytics through practical work.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with team members across Budapest, Monterrey, Mexico City, Manila, and Norman in a collaborative, multi-time-zone environment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to team documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.
- Assist with client inquiries through Salesforce case research and response preparation under guidance.
