Sales Director

Job Summary:

Heritage Grove Estates (ALF) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to join our team in Topeka, KS. As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing long-term relationships with potential residents and their families. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Conduct sales presentations, tours, and consultations to promote our Assisted Living Facility (ALF) and address resident needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve sales performance
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our mission to "Make Residents Feel Cared For" and uphold our values in all interactions

Requirements:

  • 0+ years of sales experience, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry

  • Proven track record of sales success and meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Familiarity with sales software and technology, and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
