Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling Sansio’s software solutions to EMS and Fire agencies across the United States.

This role requires a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach. You will work with agency leaders, operational staff, and IT stakeholders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Sansio’s solutions improve documentation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will own opportunities from initial outreach through closing, working closely with leadership, product, and implementation teams to ensure customers are successful from the first conversation through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within EMS and Fire agencies
  • Prospect and build relationships with decision makers including chiefs, directors, and administrators
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand operational needs and current workflows
  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate the value of Sansio’s solutions

Sales Process & Pipeline Management

  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in the CRM
  • Participate in RFP responses and procurement processes common in public-sector sales
  • Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy, pricing discussions, and closing plans

Market Engagement

  • Represent Sansio at industry conferences, trade shows, and events
  • Build relationships within the EMS and Fire community to expand awareness of Sansio’s solutions
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to onboarding
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams
  • Support customer retention and expansion opportunities when appropriate
