The Regional Production Manager oversees production operations across the region, ensuring consistent execution of construction standards, safety and regulatory compliance, cost control, and vendor performance. This role partners with division and regional leadership to drive efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and inventory goals. The RPM leads and develops production teams, supports cost‑reduction initiatives, and serves as a key liaison with internal partners including Architectural Services and Manufacturing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead regional production operations and execution
- Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality compliance
- Drive cost control and cost‑reduction initiatives
- Develop and support Production Managers and the team; assist with recruiting and hiring needs.
- Oversee vendors, permits, and customer satisfaction programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional homebuilding experience
- 5+ years of prior professional experience in construction management, cost control, training, and management of sub-contractors.
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Local Travel Required
- Current Driver’s License
