Ready to take your leadership to the next level and make a real impact in education? We�re looking for a Program Director who is passionate about shaping future healthcare professionals and driving program excellence!

What You�ll Do:

As the Program Director, you�ll be the driving force behind the success of our Health Management Administrative Services program. You�ll lead with purpose�guiding students, supporting instructors, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

  • Oversee and deliver engaging curriculum (online & in-person)
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate instructional staff
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, and success
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Collaborate on hiring and developing top-tier faculty
  • Build relationships in the community to promote the program
  • Analyze student outcomes and continuously improve program performance
  • Partner with leadership on program growth and innovation

What We�re Looking For:

  • Bachelor�s Degree (required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for education and student success
  • Experience in program management, education, or healthcare administration (preferred)
