Overview About the Role Join our dynamic Client Services team as a Client Manager and become the voice of our valued client customers. In this engagement-focussed role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our clients needs and exceptional outcomes in Workers Compensation claims management. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. Working closely with our operational and sales teams, you will seize every opportunity to boost service, and maximize revenue for our clients (and for us!). How you'll make an impact Through strategic business planning, you will cultivate mutually beneficial relationships and growth strategies with our clients.
