We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer to build and grow a profitable book of business while delivering strategic, high-impact insurance solutions to commercial clients.

This role is built for a producer who thrives on relationships, enjoys solving complex risk challenges, and wants the freedom and support to grow their business in a collaborative agency environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of established commercial and middle-market      clients
  • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance opportunities
  • Analyze business operations to identify exposures and risk management solutions
  • Design and present tailored insurance programs across multiple industries
  • Work with carrier partners to negotiate competitive coverage and pricing
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in commercial insurance sales
  • Existing book of business preferred (not required)
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
