Announcement of Vacancy for:


Future Educational Interpreter/Language Facilitator


Deaf/Hard of Hearing Program


 


Qualifications:          


Has 2 years of college credit preferably in an education or sign language certification


Fluency in English and in American Sign Language (ASL)


Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) level 3.5, or nationally recognized certification


Previous experience in working with Deaf/Heard of Hearing students in school setting


Ability to work as a team member with teachers, support staff, parents, and other individuals


Able to follow instructional program as dictated by school policy and/or classroom teacher and/or principal          


 


                                                           


Contract Length:                  190 Days
