YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a
skilled and motivated System Engineer to
lead and manage High Voltage Battery Management
System (HV BMS) projects for electric and hybrid vehicle applications.
You will play a key role in defining system requirements, ensuring functional
safety compliance, and coordinating cross-functional development activities
from concept to production.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end system
engineering activities for HV BMS development programs
Define, analyze, and manage
system and customer requirements using requirement management tools
Perform and support safety
and reliability analysis including DFMEA and FTA
Coordinate with hardware,
software, mechanical, and validation teams to ensure system integration
success
Act as technical interface
for customers, supporting reviews, clarifications, and technical
discussions
Manage development
documentation and configuration using JAZZ tools (DNG, EWM, ETM,
Document Repository)
Develop and maintain system
architecture models using Rhapsody or similar modeling tools
Support Functional
Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity concept and implementation activities
Participate in design
reviews, audits, and technical risk assessments

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Requirements Management and traceability processes
Hands-on knowledge of DFMEA, FTA, and system risk analysis methods
Experience working with customers in a technical or project coordination role
Working knowledge of JAZZ toolchain (DNG, EWM, ETM)
Experience with System Architecture modeling tools (Rhapsody preferred)
Understanding of Automotive Functional Safety and Cybersecurity fundamentals
Background in automotive electrification, BMS, or HV systems is highly preferred
