Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | Various Shifts
New Grads Welcome

Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic nursing care and assists residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, resident-centered environment in Walpole, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer call lights and respond to resident needs

  • Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, oral care, and incontinence care

  • Assist with meals and feeding

  • Assist with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and wheelchair mobility

  • Turn and reposition residents as needed

  • Assist with short-distance ambulation within the facility

  • Observe and report changes in resident's condition

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Valid CNA certification (required upon start date)

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Six months of CNA experience in long-term care preferred

  • New graduates welcome

  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

  • Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
