Key Accountabilities:
- Provides courteous and prompt service for internal and external customers in accordance with the established Peninsula standards
- Handles various sort of inquiry over the phone efficiently
- Handles restaurant’s bookings as a call centre and answers general enquiries about hotel outlets with exceptional guest service
General Requirements:
- Relevant experience working in hospitality industry would be an advantage
- Excellent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
