We’re looking for a Technical Artist with a strong focus on tools and pipeline development to help scale content production for a AAA environment. You’ll work at the intersection of art and engineering, building robust, scalable workflows that enable teams to deliver high-quality content efficiently. Partnering closely with artists, designers, and engineers, you’ll identify bottlenecks, develop production-ready solutions, and drive improvements across the content pipeline

What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain tools that support production workflows.

Debug and resolve pipeline issues across multiple stages of development.

Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.

Collaborate with artists to identify workflow challenges and implement practical solutions.

Document tools and provide support to content teams.

Skills We Look For:
3-5 years of experience developing production-ready tools and pipelines for game development or a closely related field

Strong scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, C#, or similar)

Experience building tools in DCC applications (e.g., Maya, Blender, Houdini)

Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) and asset integration workflows

Solid understanding of art production pipelines and real-time constraints

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce)

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance technical constraints and artistic goals

Strong communication skills and ability to work across disciplines
