We’ve doubled in size over the past two years, and our people are central to that success.

Our business teams are made up of talent from top tier institutions and elite consulting and energy firms. We’re now looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional in São Paulo, supporting the Americas region including USA and LATAM, and helping scale our exceptional workforce.

The successful incumbent will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs across our Americas regions. This is a highly analytical, intellectually rigorous role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, management consulting-style environment and enjoys translating complex data into actionable insights. You will partner with regional and global Compensation & Benefits teams, Finance Operations, People & Culture teams, and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant, and market-leading reward programs.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and collaborate with payroll teams for seamless execution
  • Develop and deliver employee education and communication programs on compensation, benefits and related policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Lead or support special projects related to compensation, benefits, or broader People & Culture initiatives.
