Description

NetCentrics is seeking a highly capable and mission-focused Program Manager – AI Solutions to support strategic initiatives aligned with the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office mission space. This role will lead program execution, customer engagement, staffing, operational delivery, and growth efforts supporting Artificial Intelligence, data modernization, digital transformation, and emerging technology initiatives across the defense sector.


The selected candidate will serve as a key interface between government stakeholders, internal leadership, technical teams, and strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of mission outcomes.


This is not a passive program management role. This position requires a leader who can operate in dynamic environments, build teams quickly, solve problems, and drive execution.


Key Responsibilities


Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead day-to-day execution of programs, task orders, and strategic initiatives supporting CDAO-related missions. 
  • Manage cost, schedule, staffing, risk, deliverables, and performance objectives. 
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations. 
  • Develop and maintain program management plans, dashboards, and executive reporting. 

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as primary liaison with government program leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and mission users. 
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, status reviews, and executive briefings. 
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively align resources. 

Team Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead high-performing technical and operational teams. 
  • Coordinate with HR, recruiting, subcontractors, and leadership on staffing pipelines. 
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and high-performance culture. 

Growth & Capture Support

  • Identify follow-on opportunities, expansions, and adjacent mission needs. 
  • Support proposal efforts, staffing plans, pricing inputs, and transition planning. 
  • Partner with business development leadership to grow presence in the AI / defense market. 

Technical / Mission Alignment

  • Support programs involving AI/ML, data integration, analytics, cloud, cyber, or digital modernization efforts. 
  • Coordinate with engineering and solution teams to ensure mission delivery success. 

Qualifications


Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. 
  • 8+ years of program management experience supporting Federal Government contracts. 
  • Experience managing technical programs involving IT, software, AI, cloud, cyber, or data initiatives. 
  • Strong customer-facing leadership experience. 
  • Experience managing budgets, staffing, schedules, and subcontractors. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance

Preferred

  • Active Secret clearance or higher. 
  • Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense programs. 
  • Familiarity with AI modernization, data strategy, digital transformation, or analytics initiatives. 
  • PMP certification. 
  • Experience supporting rapid-growth or high-visibility mission programs.
