Pay: Salary-based on experience

Hours: Full time: 40+ hours/week

The ideal candidate will manage a production team, uphold a strong company culture, and ensure the efficient de-pollution of autos and trucks to meet company recycling standards. Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team leader.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the production team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Oversee daily operations including vehicle intake, de-pollution, placement, and outbound shipping.
  • Conduct daily meetings to communicate goals, tasks, and expectations.
  • Set, track, and follow up on team member performance to ensure accountability and growth.
  • Train employees on equipment, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Uphold company culture through leadership, example, and strong team collaboration.
  • Communicate clearly with upper management regarding operations, employee performance, and updates.
  • Continuously improve and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Willing to go above and beyond to ensure team success.
