Job Description

Operations and Revenue Systems Trainer

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)

Full-time (40/hour per week)

Locations available: Greater Knoxville area, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Maintain training manuals, competency checklists, and criteria for certification pathways.
  • Deliver training using blended formats, including classroom instruction, virtual training, quick-reference guides, skills checklists, hands-on support, and shadowing.
  • Ensure all training content is consistent, scalable, and standardized across all sites.
  • Evaluate staff skills through knowledge checks, competency assessments, and direct observation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in healthcare practice management or front-office operations.
  • Experience training or onboarding staff.
  • Proficiency with practice management and EHR systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently between clinic locations.
