Lawn Maintenance Technician at Gulf Coast Industrial

Job Summary:

This position involves routine lawn care, scaffold erection for access to elevated areas, and occasional painting duties to support the upkeep and appearance of our grounds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform regular lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal.
• Assist with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct minor painting projects, such as touch-ups and fence or structure painting as needed.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Support team members with groundskeeping and facility maintenance activities.

Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:

• Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to safely handle and assemble scaffolding.
• Basic painting skills and familiarity with painting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
