• Lead and manage multiple security projects from architecture to implementation
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and leadership
• Drive schedule adherence in fast-track environments with aggressive timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company processes
• Provide regular project reporting, forecasting, and client updates
• Support repeat-client relationships through consistent delivery and communication
