Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR databases
- Support onboarding & offboarding: documentation, induction, ID creation
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR correspondence
- Coordinate visa, medical, Emirates ID & labor-related documentation (UAE)
- Track attendance, leave records, and probation confirmations
- Assist payroll team with salary data, overtime, and deductions
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support HR Manager in daily operations and reporting
