- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Lead professional development sessions on best practices in math instruction, curriculum alignment, and assessment.
- Support teachers in analyzing student data to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
- Identify students in need of additional support using assessment data.
- Develop and implement targeted math intervention plans.
- Provide small group and/or individualized instruction to strengthen foundational skills.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure effectiveness.
- Support and mentor new teachers to build confidence and instructional effectiveness.
- Assist with onboarding, including providing resources and establishing support systems.
- Facilitate regular mentoring meetings to address challenges, share strategies, and celebrate successes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification in Mathematics.
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience, preferably in math instruction.
- Strong knowledge of current instructional practices, curriculum standards, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
