Full-Time Route Cleaner

Position A: 2nd Shift, Set Schedule, $19.00/hr

Position B: 2nd Shift, Flexible Schedule, $20.00/hr

Job Type: Full-Time   

Location: serving the Greater Grand Rapids area

Full-Time Route Cleaners are trusted, go-to team members who support different locations as needed and gain experience across multiple environments.  

   

What You’ll Do  

• Travel between assigned sites to support cleaning teams; approx. 5-25 miles
• Duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom care
• Clean common areas such as offices, breakrooms, locker rooms, stairwells, and high-touch surfaces
• Use cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers (training provided)
• Follow site-specific procedures to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for use

Who We’re Looking For  

• Dependable and motivated individuals
• Ability to adapt to different sites and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation (paid mileage and drive time) (company vehicles available based on daily operations)
• Cleaning experience helpful, but not required
