The mission of a St. Thomas More Teacher is to “Educate the whole child in the values of Jesus and Mary through faith, academics, service and leadership.” 

What we are looking for in new teachers and staff:
Faith

• Practicing Catholics who are committed to lighting the fire of our faith in the minds and hearts of young people.

• Organized adults who can inject the love of their faith into their lesson plans.

• Building relationships with the school community through the teachings of Jesus.

Academics

• Licensed teachers who are experts in education and passionate about sharing that knowledge with students.

• Engaging educators who know how to stimulate young minds through active learning.

• Firmly believe in fostering an educational environment where academic excellence is not only expected but celebrated.

Service

• Participates in various student and parent activities which occur in school including student clubs and after-school activities.

• Generously share your time, talents and treasures with the community, fostering a spirit of stewardship and collaboration.

• Embody Jesus’ values of compassion, humility, and understanding through following directives to the school’s leadership.

Leadership

• Enthusiastic leaders who are willing to continue their own learning and apply that new knowledge with all whom they encounter.
