โ Qualifications
๐ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License โ State of Pennsylvania (Required)
โค๏ธ Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
๐ฅ Long-term care or senior living experience preferred
๐ฌ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
๐ช Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and assisting residents in emergencies
๐ High school diploma or GED equivalent

Peter Becker Community, a top-rated senior living community, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! We currently have openings for Full-Time RNs who are passionate about providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and mission-driven environment.
In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care, oversee unit operations during your shifts, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements โ all while bringing compassion, professionalism, and heart to your work.
๐ผ Responsibilities
๐ฉน Provide resident-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and policies
๐ Oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure schedules and procedures are followed
๐ Allocate work assignments, train staff, and participate in evaluations
๐งพ Conduct resident assessments, notify physicians as needed, and update care plans
๐ Administer and monitor medications and treatments per guidelines
๐ก Ensure infection control practices, safety measures, and emergency protocols are followed
๐ Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care across shifts
๐ฌ Communicate compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
๐ค Participate in Care Conferences, meetings, and in-service education
