TIG Aluminum Welder

SCHEDULE:      Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

 

 

Who are we looking for:

 

Success as a Welder at Protomet comes down to efficiency, safety, and skill. Our Welders have been at their craft for a long time.  They take pride in their work, show up on time, and have Batteries Included. Interested in Welding but don’t have the skills yet? We’ve developed welders under our roof too (protomet.com/apprentice).

 

FUNCTION:

 

Welders at Protomet produce beautiful work, delivering products that are strong and clean looking. Our custom weld fixtures ensure you will have all the tools needed to deliver.

 

OUTCOMES:

 

• 3 Years Aluminum TIG welding experience, is preferred.


• Knowledge and experience applying best weld procedures


• Ability to setup MIG and TIG welders to optimal settings ensuring proper weld penetration;


• Working knowledge of carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum TIG welding;


• General knowledge of maintaining weld equipment
